When you’re the world’s largest online video platform, developing new products is inherently a messy wicked problem. Over the years, we have worked with YouTube’s internal innovation team to incorporate human centered design into the company’s new product strategy and development process. Additionally, we’ve worked with product-specific teams on incorporating a more intimate understanding of their audience.
