YouTube needed to incorporate a more intimate understanding of their audience into the product development cycle. We developed a two-part innovation approach.


Phase 1 focuses on insight; connecting cross-functional teams directly with people in their target markets to understand their needs and inform the design process.

Phase 2 is all about igniting the creative spark. Armed with audience insights, we look to analogous industries for inspiration, culminating in new concept prototypes for the development team to carry forward.
